The general conditions of sale are concluded between the company "VIEILLE RUE" and the customers wishing to place order (s) on our website vieilleruevintageshop.com which belongs to the Company VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP - 80 Avenue Laferriere - 94000 Créteil - France and VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP LTD UK registered in the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales N°11843027 on 22nd February 2019.
The customer agrees to accept in full and without reservation the general conditions of sale by finalizing the order. The general conditions of sale may be modified. The new general conditions of sale will apply on their date of publication on our site.
Order
the products on our site are provided within the limits of available stocks. We inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase. If the items you ordered are not anymore available, we will cancel your order and we will inform you by email.
Pricing
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes excepted shipping cost. In case of order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state fees may be required. These rights and sums are not a spring of vieilleruevintageshop.com. They will be under the responsibility of the customer and its integrity. We advise you to find out about these aspects from the local authorities. All orders must be paid
VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP reserves the right to modify the prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the recording of the orders, subject to their availability.
Payment
All orders shipped in France and the EU are expressed in Euros all taxes included, with VAT rates in force in France. The customer can pay his orders by credit card and Paypal.
Delivery
The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process by our specialized service providers, with a parcel tracking number for each order. We do our best to ensure delivery takes less than 10 days. In case of difficulties, we undertake to keep the customer informed of them.
"MeetUp", The customer has the option to withdraw his order personally in Paris, while the customer must select the option hand delivery in Paris. The customer will have to send us an email with your order number to make an appointment. Delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as the customer finalizes his shopping cart and appear in the total to pay. Customs and other charges in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the customer. In case of loss or deterioration of the product during transport, the customer must inform the carrier without delay. In the state, any delay in delivery cannot give rise to an indemnity, retention or cancellation of the current order. The customer is responsible for the verification of his parcel and will have to report any problem (damaged parcel, missing or damaged item) upon receipt of his parcel by sending an email to contact @vieilleruevintageshop.com
In case of loss of the parcel, VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP will initiate a search procedure for postal services. If the order is found, it is immediately returned to the customer at our expense.
If the order is not found, VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP will proceed to the refund of the customer within 14 days after the day of the information of the loss of the parcel.
Exchanges and returns
The customer has a period of 4 days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or to pay penalties. return charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Only products returned complete, in good condition and not worn in their original packaging as we will have delivered to you will be returned or exchanged. Le client s'engage à accepter dans l'intégralité et sans réserve les conditions générales de vente en finalisant la commande. Les conditions générales de vente pourront être modifiées et notamment en considération d’éventuels changements normatifs. Les nouvelles conditions générales de vente s’appliqueront à leur date de publication sur notre site.
Commande
Les produits sur notre site sont proposés dans la limite des stocks disponibles. Nous vous informons de la disponibilité des produits que vous souhaitez acquérir. Dans l’éventualité de l’indisponibilité d’un ou plusieurs produits nous annulerons automatiquement votre commande, nous vous en informerons par email.
Prix
Les prix de nos produits sont indiqués en euros toutes taxes comprises hors participation aux frais de traitement et d'expédition. En cas de commande vers un pays autre que la France métropolitaine vous êtes l'importateur du ou des produits concernés. Pour tous les produits expédiés hors Union Européenne et DOM-TOM, le prix sera calculé hors taxes automatiquement sur la facture. Des droits de douane, taxes locales, droits d'importation ou taxes d'Etat, sont susceptibles d'être exigés. Ces droits et sommes ne sont pas du ressort de VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP. Ils seront à la charge du client et relèvent de son entière responsabilité tant en termes de déclaration que de paiement aux autorités et organismes compétents de votre pays. Nous vous conseillons de vous renseigner sur ces aspects auprès des autorités locales. Toutes les commandes doivent être payées
VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP se réserve le droit de modifier les prix à tout moment mais les produits seront facturés sur la base des tarifs en vigueur au moment de l'enregistrement des commandes, sous réserve de leur disponibilité.
Paiement
Toutes les commandes expédiées en France et en UE sont exprimées en Euros toutes taxes comprises, avec les taux de TVA en vigueur en France. Le client peut régler ses commandes par Paypal et par Carte Bleue via Paypal.
Livraison
Les produits seront livrés à l'adresse de livraison indiquée au cours du processus de commande par nos prestataires spécialisés, avec pour chaque commande un numéro de suivi du colis. Nous faisons notre possible pour que la livraison intervienne dans un délai inférieur à 10 jours. En cas de difficultés, nous nous engageons à tenir informé le client de celles-ci.
Le client a la possibilité de retirer sa commande en main propre sur Paris, lors de la commande le client doit sélectionner l’option MeetUP - Remise en main propre sur Paris. Le client devra nous envoyer un email avec son numéro de commande pour prendre un rdv.
Les frais de livraison sont calculés automatiquement dès que le client finalise son panier d'achat et apparaissent dans le total à payer. Les frais de douanes et autres dans le pays d’arrivée sont à la charge du client. En cas de perte ou de détérioration du produit pendant le transport, le client devra informer le transporteur sans délais. Dès le départ et jusqu’à son arrivée, le client a la possibilité de suivre le colis en indiquant son numéro d’envoi sur son site respectif. Dans l'état, tout retard de livraison ne peut donner lieu à une indemnité, retenue ou annulation de la commande en cours. Si un colis est perdu suite à un retour à l’expéditeur ou pour erreur d’adressage, le client sera considéré comme responsable de la perte du colis et aucun dédommagement ne pourra être exigé à VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP. Le client est responsable de la vérification de son colis et devra signaler tout problème (colis endommagé, article manquant ou endommagé) dès la réception de son colis en nous adressant un mail à contact@vieilleruevintageshop.com . En cas de perte du colis, VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP entamera une procédure de recherche auprès des services postaux. Si la commande est retrouvée, elle est immédiatement réexpédiée au client à nos frais.
Si la commande n’est pas retrouvée, VIEILLE RUE VINTAGE SHOP procédera alors au remboursement du client dans les 14 jours suivant le jour de l’information de la perte du colis.
Echanges et retours
Le client dispose d’un délai de 4 jours francs à compter de la réception de sa commande pour exercer son droit de rétractation sans avoir à justifier de motif ni à payer de pénalités. les frais de retours sont à la charge du client sauf si le retour est dû à un produit défectueux ou une erreur de notre part. Seuls les produits retournés complets, en bon état et non portés dans leur emballage d’origine tels que nous vous les aurons livrés seront repris ou échangés. Toute demande de rétractation doit se faire par mail à l’adresse suivante contact@vieilleruevintageshop.com le client devra compter un délai de 10 jours ouvrés pour le retour.
